Tony Hill’s 11:45 T.O.C.H.E Fit over 50 has done wonders for me. His class is challenging, and Tony helps you through the whole class. It has built my endurance and it has confidence in my self. Tony makes the class fun, but also makes sure we are working our bodies at the same time and encourages us the whole. He loves what he does and it shows in his class.
